If I could give them a negative amount of stars, that is what I would leave. First of all, they try to tell you that the scrap buying business is a separate business from the battery business. Sure is funny that they pay you all from 1 check when they buy your batteries and scrap. Sure is funny that when you go to the website, they talk all about recycling and buying different sorts of metals. The place looks like a dump outside and I'm surprised it hasn't been shut down by the city. Employee tried intimidating me into leaving my scrap there saying it isn't worth anything and he wouldn't give me anything for it. Employee was very rude and unprofessional and overall just a jerk. Then when I got in my truck to leave he tried to pick a fight with me just because I said "That's fine, I will just take my business elsewhere". Overall due to a "bad apple" employee, the experience was threatening, unsatisfactory, and most of all just plain unprofessional. From now on I will be taking my business elsewhere and "spreading the word"!

Saturday they held a fundraiser for Farmington's Veteran Memorial. I was a great event with food and various activities. There was multiple sponsors including the Army who brought a Hummer for display. The Farmington Fire Department also had one of their trucks on display in front. A good time all around.

I was pleased to find such a unique 'foodie' store so close to my home in Northfield. I found several cards for business associates that were unique, and special; and I also found a few things for me! It's great to see new businesses start from a passion for something! Its easy to see & feel the founders passion when in this store. You go girl- the world needs more women like you!

What a nice surprise to find such beautiful, large cards in a neat little shop in Farmington MN! Special prices on 3 or more cards, made it possible for me to select a number of photo cards to have on hand for special occasions. I've found another place to look for unusual gift items. Everyone can appreciate food!

I loved looking at all the beautiful things in the store. My husband, who usually isn't a browser, ended up buying a couple of Captain Morgan glasses for our bar. He had all kinds of questions about the artist who made the glasses and the store owner had interesting information about all of the artists who have pieces in her store. It was a fun experience and I will return.

I highly Farmington Pizza Man! Their food is great, service attentive and friendly, and prices reasonable. They offer so much more than pizza - burgers, hot & cold sandwiches, TexMex dishes, daily specials, etc.

MstyRose - my apologies if I made you feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I can't say that I've received that type of feedback in the past. I would like to hear more about what made you feel uncomfortable. If you would like to correspond, please email me at info@delectabledesigns.co. Again, my sincere apologies. Knowing when you visited and at what time may provide some enlightenment for me. Also, the cards are $6 (3 for $15, 5 for $23), which includes sales tax. The $7 fee is for on-line purchases, which includes sales tax and pick/pack/shipping costs. If you choose to reach out, my thanks.

Can you believe that someone thinks that a card with a picture of vegetables or a funnel on it is worth $7???
You can easily find gift cards for a couple dollars or even less at most everywhere else!
The lady operating the store, makes you feel uncomfortable, and unwelcome.
I can't see any reason to ever shop here again!
